Membership and Rehearsal Information

  • Open rehearsals are held thoughout the months of January and September.

  • All voices are welcome! We do NOT audition and it is not necessary to read music. All we ask is for the commitment to weekly rehearsals, a couple optional Saturday morning rehearsals and the willingness to sing your heart out. Please note that successful singers work with the music on their own time. Our music is selected by our director with the goal of enjoyment and challenge for the singers and the pleasure of our audience.

  • Rehearsals are held on Monday nights from 7:30 to 9:30 at the Duxbury Performing Arts Center.

  • Dues are $40 per season to cover minor operating costs, the cost of music (yours to keep) and rehearsal CDs (when available). Scholarships are available.

    DIRECTIONS TO THE DUXBURY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

    From State Route 3, Exit 11:

    Travel east on route 14 for 0.7 mi

    Bear right on rte 14 at route 139 and travel 1.2 mi

    Cross over rte 3A at traffic light; you are on St. Georges St.

    Proceed 0.6 mi to Alden Rd and turn right. Turn left into the library/school property and follow the signs.

    From Route 3A:

    From the North, turn left onto St. Georges St.

    From the South, turn right onto St Georges St.

    Proceed 0.6 mi to Alden Rd and turn right. Turn left into the library/school property and follow the signs.
